My name is Kristen, and i'm 16 years young. i'm just a baby according to my girlfriend. :) i'm currently struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and epilepsy but i'm trying to stay positive. i am 2 months and counting self harm free. <3 the only advice i can give is, keep your head up. because if your head is down, you will never be able to see the silver lining around even the darkest storm cloud. oh, and if you want to see a rainbow, first you have to go through a little rain. <3 :)
